Established in 1993, Breckland Industrial Ltd. has gained considerable experience and an excellent reputation for providing Builders cleans, hand over cleans, sparkle cleans and other change of use cleaning services in Industrial and Commercial premises. From bespoke single house builders clean to the largest construction projects such as The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, Breckland Industrial has provided professional, safe and efficient hand over cleaning services. We are able to accept CIS billing and all our construction site staff hold CSCS, IPAF, PASMA and confined space certification.

We take safety very seriously and pride ourselves with an excellent Health & Safety and accident record. As a matter of protocol we will provide:

Site/contract specific risk assessments and method statements. Trained and construction site experienced staff.
Regular site visits by our operations or contracts manager.
Tool box talks and other safety audits during the course of the contract.

All our builders cleaning staff have received COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) training in the use and handling of the cleaning chemicals and fluids which may need to be used.

On a daily basis, our trained and experienced staff undertake work in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire & Essex. For larger contracts, we are able to travel throughout the UK.

Breckland Industrial can provide a wide and comprehensive cleaning service ensuring the premises is converted from a construction site into a habitable building. This may include high level access, steel work and wall dust downs, floor scrubbing, window cleaning, toilet and washroom cleaning etc.
